This is a second go-around for the Nintendo Invader name.
I initially penned the term on 26th February 2011, and I posted video game news almost daily for over two years, while also weaving in dozens of game reviews and experimenting with other dribs and drabs of content.
I’ve since dabbled in games writing during the decade that followed, and have learned a lot since the naïve teenanger first set up a WordPress blog.
I’m no longer unemployed so I can’t make any promises towards the regularity of content, but I do have a passion for discovering indie games and a renewed love of Nintendo since the Switch 2 launched last year.
So, in 2026, Nintendo Invader will once again become my little corner of the internet where I can start to share news and stories about interesting video games.
I hope you’ll join me for the ride, and I look forward to discovering some hidden gems with you in the the near future!
