luigis_mansion_2As the retail titles Luigi’s Mansion 2 and LEGO City Undercover arrive on Nintendo 3DS and Wii U respectively, their digital counterparts are arguably the biggest releases in the Nintendo eShop this week, as they launch on the digital store for £40 and £50.

There’s also four retail titles – from Capcom, Ubisoft and Square Enix – arriving in the Nintendo eShop on Nintendo 3DS, in some cases, some two years since the original release date. Those titles are as follows:

There’s also a Save Data Transfer Tool arriving as a free download this week, allowing you to move your save data from a cartridge-based retail title to its downloaded counterpart. However, the data cannot be sent back to the cartridge, where the data will be permanently deleted.

In terms of original downloads, Game Freak’s HarmoKnight is finally out in Europe this week for £12.99. If you’re yet to check it out, there’s a free demo out now in the Nintendo eShop.

Agatsuma’s side-scrolling beat-‘em-up Code of Princess also hits European countries on Thursday, with a relatively hefty price tag of £24.99 attached.

Meanwhile, Cerasus Media releases 50 Classic Games 3D for £4.99, including Battle Ships, Chess, Tic Tac Toe and Peg Solitaire.

If you’re yet to try the critically acclaimed escapeVektor from Australian developer Nnooo, you can pick it up for half price – £4.49, down from £8.99 – from 28th March until 11th April.

Finally, a Fire Emblem: Awakening demo arrives ahead of its 19th April release date, Natsume’s Harvest Moon hits the Virtual Console for £4.49, and another episode of The Beet Party - Unidentified Flying Waffle – will be made available for 89p.
